This equipment has been in service since 2003 and has reached the <br />end of its service life and is no longer of use to the City. <br />M0048 is being replaced by a H0074 rockcrusher. Procurement included the trade-in of M0048 <br />in the solicitation for H0074. Powerscreen of Washington offered $50,000 as a trade-in <br />allowance for M0048 towards the purchase of the new rock crusher (H0074). <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution Declaring a 2002 Terex BL-Pegson X800X550 (M0048) Surplus and Authorizing <br />Sale to Powerscreen of Washington for a $50,000 trade-in allowance towards the purchase of <br />H0074 <br />
