Project summary statement: The Utilities Department owns a 2002 Terex BL-Pegson X800X550 (M0048) with 1,843 hours has been identified for surplus. This equipment has been in service since 2003 and has reached the end of its service life and is no longer of use to the City. M0048 is being replaced by a H0074 rockcrusher. Procurement included the trade-in of M0048 in the solicitation for H0074. Powerscreen of Washington offered $50,000 as a trade-in allowance for M0048 towards the purchase of the new rock crusher (H0074).
