2021 Budget Adjustments Tally Sheet Department Code Rev Exp FB GGA-13 Parks Amendment-Jetty Island Days 101A 140,570 156,570 GGA-13 General Fund Amendment-Jetty Island Days 009A (16,000) The Jetty Island Days program was not included in the original 2021 budget,but due to improving COVID conditions and the majority of funding being provided by outside partners,the decision was made to move forward with the program this year. The City entered into partnerships with Argosy,Snohomish County,and the Port of Everett to cover much of the expense of Jetty Island Days and to make the program more COVID friendly. Ferry service was reduced to 5 days per week,Snohomish County developed and maintained a ferry reservation system,and all ferry expenses were reimbursed by the Port of Everett. The City also received a grant in the amount of$25,000 from LTAC and a$16,270 donation from EverTrust Foundation to help cover the cost of the program.The City paid the remaining expenses totaling approximately$16,000.
