This monitoring could work to evaluate: <br /> The number and type of new residential unit types <br /> Changes in local housing affordability <br /> Estimated displacement of households due to redevelopment <br /> Effects on the character and livability of local neighborhoods <br />This regular reporting should be reviewed with Planning Commission and City departments to <br />determine how progress towards goals should be achieved over time through adjustments to the <br />policies in this section. <br />
