She reported on her attendance at the Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting this week. She also thanked Everett Community College <br /> for forgiving $1.2 million in student debt accumulated during the pandemic. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher expressed appreciation for the Mayor's budget <br /> address. She reminded the community about the state of our local hospital in <br /> response to the COVID-19 caseload, and she strongly encouraged community <br /> members to get vaccinated. <br /> • Council Member Vogeli thanked the Mayor for her budget address, and she <br /> encouraged others to consider ways to reduce traffic.
