Agreement with Perteet Inc. October,2021 Assumptions: • Project description,and design information such as earthwork area pavement area quantities will be provided to Perteet by the City. • Site plans and other design drawings for permitting use will be prepared by others.Perteet will not prepare design drawings under this scope unless scoped additionally as a supplemental effort and fee. • Special studies(e.g.drainage report,wetland reports,geotechnical reports or any other required studies) will be provided by others if necessary.Perteet will not prepare special studies under this scope unless scoped additionally as a supplemental effort and fee. • Any permit fees will be paid by others. • No permit appeals assumed. • No variances,special use permits,or conditional use permits are assumed. Schedule: • The schedule for the preparation of the SEPA checklist, Land Use Application,JARPA form,and mailing list is anticipated to take no more than one full work week to produce after clarification is received from pre-application meeting.
