Compensation for the overtime work provided in accordance with this Agreement has been <br />established under the terms of RCW 39.34. The cost of accomplishing the work described in the SOW will <br />not exceed dollar total from amounts listed below. Payment for satisfactory performance of the overtime <br />work shall not exceed this amount unless the WTSC and SUB-RECIPIENT mutually agree to a higher amount <br />in a written Amendment to this Agreement executed by both the WTSC and SUB-RECIPIENT. Comp-time is <br />not considered overtime and will not be approved for payment. All law enforcement agencies who are <br />active members of the Region 10 traffic safety task force with a fully executed grant agreement are eligible <br />to participate in this grant. <br />3.2.2. WTSC will reimburse for personnel overtime expenses at 150 percent of the officer’s normal salary <br />rate plus SUB-RECIPIENT’s contributions to employee benefits, limited to the following: <br />• FICA <br />• Medicare <br />• Any portion of L & I that is paid by the employer (SUB-RECIPIENT)
