further authorized to execute grant agreements and to take all other actions <br />necessary to implement these awards. <br />3. Awards Above $50,000. All grant awards above $50,000 must be first approved by <br />City Council. The City's Economic Development team will bring recommendations <br />for these grant awards to City Council for approval, with the recommendations all in <br />accordance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern Coronavirus Local <br />Fiscal Recovery Fund. After the City Council approves the awards, the Mayor is <br />authorized to execute grant agreements and to take all other actions necessary to <br />implement the approved awards. <br />4. Multiple Grants to Single Applicant.
