Scope of Work, Parking Lot: • Grind the perimeter of 11,000sf of paving at the front of the building • At the new ADA ramps, raise the parking lot 2"to provide the new concrete ramps with the proper slope to meet ADA requirements. Raise the entire parking lot to provide a 1%slope to the center drainage swale,with 1%slope up to the landscaping planter approximately 40'from the entrance to the building. • Raise the existing CB elevation to meet the new grade. • Includes traffic control within the parking lot. Proposed Cost: $19,484.00 Excluding WSST Scope of Work: • Saw cut three new curb cuts per ADA curb cut details. Demo and remove concrete to make ready for new ramps • Excavate as required to install new ramps. • Remove landscaping to provide the required 4' landing at the top of the ramps. • Form and pour back three new ADA ramps. Proposed Cost: $17,750.00 Excluding WSST Scope of Work: • Pick up and remove parking wheel stops and store for reuse. Reinstall wheel stops upon completion. • Restripe the entire parking area with three ADA stencils,two van parking and one access aisles striping. • Clean up of the entire area upon completions.
