Raise the entire parking lot to provide a 1%slope to <br /> the center drainage swale,with 1%slope up to the landscaping planter approximately 40'from <br /> the entrance to the building. <br /> • Raise the existing CB elevation to meet the new grade. <br /> • Includes traffic control within the parking lot. <br /> Proposed Cost: $19,484.00 Excluding WSST <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> • Saw cut three new curb cuts per ADA curb cut details. Demo and remove concrete to make <br /> ready for new ramps <br /> • Excavate as required to install new ramps. <br /> • Remove landscaping to provide the required 4' landing at the top of the ramps. <br /> • Form and pour back three new ADA ramps. <br /> Proposed Cost: $17,750.00 Excluding WSST <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> • Pick up and remove parking wheel stops and store for reuse.
