The discussion generally follows the order
of comments in the letters, with some supplemental information. Thank
you for your thoughtful guidance and review.
1. A separate internal structure plan sheet has been prepared for
inclusion in the project plan set. Many details have been added. The
evaluation and calculation sets are provided as a separate document.
2. Formal calculations have been prepared for the post footing pads for
the new truss-supporting transverse beams. Specific details for their
installation under the tenant space wall and in the interior of the tenant
space have been prepared and are on the added plan sheet.
4. Details of truss blocking over the new transverse support beams have
been prepared and are on the added plan sheet.
5. A more clarified and detailed beam installation layout drawing has been
prepared and is on the added plan sheet.
6. Numerous connection clip/bracket/anchor base call-outs have been
added to the drawing.
