The addition of a <br /> new post would also require the addition of a new footing through the existing <br /> slab-on-grade,which appears to be missing from the drawings to complete the <br /> load path. Please clarify. IBC 1604.1. <br /> 2.The addition of a post and framing will also redistribute superimposed truss <br /> loads and will place bottom chords of the existing truss in bearing conditions <br /> not accounted for in the original condition. Please provide additional <br /> calculations verifying that the existing members can withstand demands(i.e. <br /> concentrated reaction loads)from superimposed dead,live,and snow loads <br /> given the new truss configuration. IBC 1604.1,1604.2, 1604.4 <br /> 3. Please clarify what kind of hardware is to attach to the new posts(top and <br /> bottom)and new glulam framing members as it appears to be missing from the <br /> drawings. IBC 107.2.1. <br /> 4. Please provide a stamped drawing set that is separate from the calculation <br /> PERMIT SERVICES package. IBC 107.2.1 <br /> 0 3200 Cedar Street In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> Everett,WA 98201 to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> 425.257.8810 documents reflecting the corrections requested.
