Provide updated General Residential Notes sheet. All code references shall reflect the <br />current adopted codes. <br />Response: After review, I couldn't identify any specific inconsistencies on Sheet A0. Please <br />identify any discrepancies or redline changes. <br />2. Show all handrails and guardrails on plans and Elevation Drawings. Drawings shall reflect <br />the intent and clearly define the design proposed. <br />Response: See revised Elevations and related details, note we added Sheet A3.0 for Porch <br />Section 1 <br />3. Provide ledger detail for deck attachment. Show connectors staggered top and bottom <br />and show minimum edge distance per figure R507.2.1(1). <br />Response: See Detail 31 Sheet A4.0 <br />4. Provide lateral connection at all decks per section R507 IRC. Provide detail of lateral <br />connection and show location of connector on floor plan.
