Construction Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) (2.0) <br />The SWPPP is a living document reflecting current conditions and changes throughout the life <br />of the project. These changes may be informal (i.e. hand-written notes and deletions). Update <br />the SWPPP when the CESCL has noted a deficiency in BMPs or deviation from original design. <br />The 12 Elements (2.1) <br />Element 1: Preserve Vegetation / Mark Clearing Limits (2.1.1) <br />List and describe BMPs: BMP C101: Preserving natural vegetation: Native <br />vegetation is preserved where present above the high <br />water mark on the river side of the wall and near the wall at <br />elevations below the fill that was placed. <br />Install Silt Fence at clearing limits as shown per City of <br />Everett) COE standard detail 214 as shown on sheet C5 of <br />the plans. Silt fence will serve to delineate the clearing <br />limits near the retaining wall <br />Installation Schedules: Install prior to beginning work onsite. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Inspect after each rainfall event or a minimum of weekly if <br />no rain falls. Also inspect when work is done within 5 feet <br />of the fence of when any holes or disruption of the fence <br />occurs. <br />Responsible Staff: Contractor's CESCL - TBD <br />
