In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, <br />please submit the following: <br />1. 4 on -site parking spaces are required for the main residence because access is from a private easement (see <br />attached short plat conditions of approval and parking chapter of the zoning code: <br />https://www.codepublishing.com/WA/Everett/#!/Everettl9/Everettl934.html#19.34). Additionally, 1 parking <br />space is required for each 4 beds for the Adult Family Home. 5 beds are shown, so 1 additional space is required <br />for a total of 5 required on -site parking spaces. <br />Please note that parking spaces cannot be located in the required turnaround area. <br />2. The site plan and subdivision map indicate the lot size is 6,085 square feet. Please revise for consistency. <br />3. Please label the dimensions of the existing covered deck and provide the square footage in the lot coverage <br />calculations. The attached site plan indicates the footprint of the residence (without the deck) is 1,296 square <br />feet. <br />4. Because the proposed structure is within a foot of the required setbacks, a survey is required prior to <br />construction.
