Blocking has been removed and relabeled to utilize DTC clips at the tops of the interior partitions to the <br />roof trusses to allow for deflection and to add support to the wall framing. <br />III. BUILDING COMMENTS: <br />la. Concrete driveway has been noted on the site plan and included in the overall impervious calculations. <br />11b. The shed at the southeast corner of the lot has been included on the site plan as well as in the lot <br />coverage calculations. <br />1c. House outline has been updated to reflect the cantilevered areas of the upper level. <br />1d. Structure dimensions have been shifted off the building line(s) inward. <br />2. Parameter insulation has been labeled and a typical detail has been added to plan A3.0 showing the <br />flashing and sill seal assembly at the parameter of the addition. <br />3. Thickened edge dimensions have been added to plan A3.0. <br />4. The horizontal reinforcing has been added and labeled to plan A3.0. <br />5. The pocket door to the bathroom has been reversed to allow proper grab bar installations. <br />6. Notes have been added to the proposed floor plan at the exterior access door stating the maximum <br />threshold height at both the interior and exterior faces of the opening. <br />7. We are not proposing any ramps as the primary access to the AFH is through the rear access door and <br />there are no significant grade variances. However, we have included the standard WAC ramp elevation <br />on plan A3.0. <br />8. Door schedule has been added to the proposed floor plan stating proposed locking devices to be <br />installed at each type of door.
