It's been 3 months since I have submitted and I am growing
increasingly frustrated that your department has taken so long in finishing the work so get to an
approval. I've spoken to people in your department at the time of submitted and was given notice that
the family room was not required to have the letter since it's over an existing foundation. I am
comfortable deleting the covered patio but would like to proceed with the other work without a
required letter.
Hope to hear back from you soon,
1
