0 <br />Areas on the site that have potential erosion problems: <br />There are no known areas within or adjacent to the proposed project area that have potential erosion problems. Within the <br />project area and adjacent to the project area the existing surface cover includes asphalt pavement and lawn. <br />Locations where surface water leaves the site: <br />Stormwater from the project areas leaves the site via an existing ditch which runs along the west property <br />line approximately 160 feet southwest of the project area. <br />Task 2: Select Construction Best Management Practices (BMPs) to be used on your project <br />All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing erosion and sedimentation <br />during construction. Each of the 13 requirements below contains a list of Best Management Practices (BMPs) <br />that are accepted by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) for satisfying each requirement. <br />The BMPs below are the most common.
