STEP 1. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br />Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. If any <br />criteria below are marked "False," this template may not be used and a report meeting <br />Minimum Requirements#1-9 is required and shall be prepared by a professional Engineer <br />10 licensed in the State of Washington. <br />x <br />This project will create 2,000 square feet (ft2) or more, but less than 5,000 ft2, <br />of new plus replaced hard surface area OR will have 7,000 f12 or greater of land <br />disturbing activities. <br />x <br />This project does not drain to the combined sewer. <br />x <br />This project converts less than 3/4 acre of existing soil cover or vegetation to <br />lawn or landscape areas. <br />x <br />This project will n_ot adversely impact a water of the state. <br />X <br />_ <br />This project will not change a natural drainage course and will not generate any <br />new concentrated flows leaving the site. <br />X <br />This project will not be constructed within a critical area or a critical area buffer <br />and will not adversely impact a critical area.
