Stormwater Site Plan (SSP): <br />1. Please add the Construction Stormwater General Permit to the list of other permits in <br />Section 7.0 <br />2. Section 8.6 and elsewhere in the report the City standards are referred to as EDDS. <br />Please note that the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications are <br />usually referred to by the acronym DCSS. <br />3. The GULD approval for the Modular Wetland requires that the manufacturer review <br />and approve each installation. Please include documentation in the SSP that this <br />check has been performed. <br />4. Appendix H cover sheet references Filterra GULD. <br />5. Note that the Snohomish River is listed as a Basic Treatment Receiving Water <br />(Appendix 1-C). The proposed Modular Wetland device is acceptable, but enhanced <br />treatment is not required. <br />6. Please provide the O&M Manual as a standalone document. Include the following <br />summary information in the introduction: <br />• The descriptions and timing included in the SSP text <br />• The party responsible for maintenance and operation; <br />• The requirement for the O&M Manual to be retained on or within reasonable <br />access to the site; <br />• The requirement to transfer the O&M Manual to any new property owner <br />along with the property, and <br />7. The requirement that a log of maintenance activity be kept and made available for <br />inspection by the City upon request.
