Stormwater Site Plan (SSP): 1. Please add the Construction Stormwater General Permit to the list of other permits in Section 7.0 2. Section 8.6 and elsewhere in the report the City standards are referred to as EDDS. Please note that the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications are usually referred to by the acronym DCSS. 3. The GULD approval for the Modular Wetland requires that the manufacturer review and approve each installation. Please include documentation in the SSP that this check has been performed. 4. Appendix H cover sheet references Filterra GULD. 5. Note that the Snohomish River is listed as a Basic Treatment Receiving Water (Appendix 1-C). The proposed Modular Wetland device is acceptable, but enhanced treatment is not required. 6. Please provide the O&M Manual as a standalone document. Include the following summary information in the introduction: • The descriptions and timing included in the SSP text • The party responsible for maintenance and operation; • The requirement for the O&M Manual to be retained on or within reasonable access to the site; • The requirement to transfer the O&M Manual to any new property owner along with the property, and 7.
