EXEMPTION FROM STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT EXSEPA #18-002 TO: Tom Hingson, Everett Transit 3201 Smith Ave Everett, WA 98201 The proposal by (applicant name) to undertake the following development: Construct a 90-stall addition to an existing park -and -ride lot located at Everett Station, 3600 Smith Ave. 15 existing stalls will be reconfigured. No modifications are proposed to the existing sidewalk, planters or landscape areas fronting Smith Ave. The proposal is hereby determined to be exempt from SEPA pursuant to EMC Chapter 20.04.130.B.4 and WAC 197-11-800(1)(c), Minor New Construction - Flexible Thresholds which states, Cities, towns or counties may raise the exempt levels up to the maximum specified in (d) of this subsection by implementing ordinance or resolution. Such levels shall be specified in the agency's SEPA procedures (WAC 197-11-904). Separate maximum optional thresholds are established in (d) of this subsection applying to both incorporated areas and unincorporated urban growth areas in fully planning jurisdictions under RCW 36.70A.040; other unincorporated areas in fully planning counties; and jurisdictions in all other counties. Agencies may adopt the maximum level or a level between the minimum and maximum level. (d) The maximum exemption levels applicable to (c) of this subsection are: parking facilities — 90 parking spaces.
