Please clarify how the property dimensions were determined. According to the subdivision map, this <br />property is 50' by approximately 128'. However, the site plan submitted with this building permit <br />application indicates the property is 150' in depth. <br />c . J � T <br />2. On the site plan, please provide height calculations. Please see the attached Residential <br />Construction Checklist for instructions on how to calculate the average base elevation (see page 5 <br />and the site plan example). <br />Height calculations are still required. A Wight survey is only; required 'f within 1-foot of the height <br />limit. -Gamrrien�� <br />3. Please show the average base elevation on the elevation drawings and provide the overall height <br />dimension (measured from the average base elevation to the ridge). <br />See comment above.
