FYZ <br /> Subtask 102 — PARR/Project Reviews <br /> This amendment closes this task in its entirety. <br /> Subtask 103 — Quality Assurance / Quality Control <br /> This amendment closes this task in its entirety. <br /> Task 900 — Bid Phase Support Services <br /> Objective <br /> The purpose of this task is to provide assistance to the City during the bid phase of the project. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. The Consultant will assist the City in responding to bidder's questions. <br /> 2. Attend and provide support for one pre-bid conference. <br /> 3. As necessary and as approved by the City, prepare up to five (5) Addenda that address <br /> bidder questions to the Bidding Documents. <br /> 4. Work with City staff to review the bids received, check selected references as directed <br /> by the City and assist the City regarding the decision and recommendation to award the <br /> contract. <br /> 5. Prepare conformed set of contract documents to include addenda issued during the <br /> bidding process. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Prepare and advertise the contract for bid. <br /> 2. Coordinate and conduct pre-bid conference and bid-opening including preparing agenda <br /> and meeting notes. <br /> 3. Primary contact for bidders questions including coordinating and tracking bidder <br /> communications and issuing addendums. <br /> 4. Coordinate City's legal representative with HDR regarding recommendations of award <br /> that may involve waiver of formalities or irregularities in the bid. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Pre-bid conference will occur at City conference room facility, Teleconferencing utilizing <br /> Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex, or on-site. We have assumed conference will be two <br /> (2) hours in length with one (1) HDR staff member attending utilizing teleconferencing <br /> while one (1) HDR staff member will attend in person accounting for two (2) additional <br /> hours of travel time. <br /> 2. Hard copies of the pre-bid conference agenda, documents and handouts, will be <br /> provided by the City. <br /> 3. Services will be provided after bids are received. It is assumed half of the fourteen (14) <br /> total sheets prepared by HDR will be updated with up to one (1) hour of HDR CADD staff <br /> per sheet. <br /> City of Everett—PGSF Amendment No. 1 2 Scope of Services <br />
