shall have no interest therein. The drones and other items purchased by the District with Grant <br /> funds will be the property of the District. <br /> 1.5 Administrators. Each Party to this Agreement shall designate an individual <br /> ("Administrator"), which may be designated by title or position, to oversee and administer such <br /> party's participation in this Agreement. The Parties' initial Administrators shall be the following <br /> individuals: <br /> District's Initial Administrator: <br /> Chief Ryan Shaughnessy <br /> Snohomish County Fire Protection District No. 15/Tulalip Bay Fire Department <br /> 7812 Waterworks Road <br /> Tulalip, WA 98271 <br /> City's Initial Administrator: <br /> Chief Dave DeMarco <br /> Everett Fire Department <br /> 2801 Oakes Ave <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Either Party may change its Administrator at any time by delivering written notice of such Party's <br /> new Administrator to the other party. <br /> 2. Effective Date and Duration <br /> This Agreement shall take effect when it has (i) been duly executed by both Parties, and <br /> (ii) as provided by RCW 39.34.040, either filed with the County Auditor or posted on the City's <br /> or District's Interlocal Agreements website. This Agreement shall remain in effect until all <br /> obligations of the Parties are discharged, unless earlier terminated by either Party pursuant to the <br /> provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 3. City Responsibilities <br /> Upon receiving documentation and invoices from the District of eligible Grant expenses <br /> that the District incurs, the City will reimburse the District from Grant funding. In no event will <br /> the City under this Agreement reimburse the District more than the total amount of$47,393.00. <br /> 4. District Responsibilities <br /> 4.1 Procurement. The District shall, at its sole upfront cost but with Grant <br /> reimbursement from the City as set forth in this Agreement,purchase the airborne platforms <br /> (drones), sensor packages (video and thermal cameras), ground support and control equipment, <br /> and program management software, all as described in the Application. Additionally, the <br /> District will purchase training for two District operators that includes pilot certification and the <br /> use of drones for public safety purposes. The District will make these purchases in accordance <br /> with all laws applicable to the District. Eligible Grant expenses only include these purchases <br /> 2 <br />
