Violations & EMC Sections <br /> Inspection of the property reveals the following conditions and violations: <br /> A City of Everett Records Permit Services search for current City of Everett Public Works <br /> Permit or City of Everett Building Department Permits revealed there is no current City <br /> of Everett, Public Works or Building Department Permits applied from the property <br /> owners or the property owner's hired contractors or issued to hired contractors of the <br /> property owners for the property code violation compliance repairs at the property. <br /> A review and search of City of Everett, Permit Services, Public Works Department and <br /> Building Department records reveal the property structures possesses no record of a <br /> City of Everett application for property code compliance permits, property alterations <br /> and property code inspections of the conversion of the property carport into a garage, <br /> the connection addition of the carport to the house residence structure, the conversion <br /> of a portion of the carport into a laundry room or the addition of a bathroom, the <br /> addition installation of a free standing deck and a second separate deck installation in <br /> front of the house structure family room.
