Based on the above Findincs of Fact, the Hearing Examiner enters the following Conclusio,is: CONCLUSIONS The Applicant requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for the installation of an above ground communications facility on property at 2117 Lincoln Street, Everett, Washington. Because the subject property is in a single- family residential zone, a Special Property Use Permit has to be obta ned for the proposed facility. (finding 1) The proposed project involves the replacement of an existing 78-foot high SnoPUD pole with a 105-foot high pole. In addition, there will be two panel antennas at the to-) of the pole which will be circuited with three conduit lines to a 114 square foot equipment building located on the site. The equipment building will house up to four cabinets. (finding 2) 3. In order for a Special Property Use Permit to be granted, the General Evaluation criteria as listed in finding of fact #5 must be satisfied.
