The Specific Evaluation <br />criteria are addressed in the following findings: <br />(a) <br />findings 14 & 15 <br />(b) <br />findings 1, 2, & 7 <br />(c) <br />findings 2, 20, & 21 <br />(d) <br />i7ndings 2, 20, & 21 <br />(e) <br />finding 11 <br />(f) <br />findings 7 & 21 <br />(g) <br />findings 2, 20, & 21 <br />(h) <br />condition 5 <br />(i) <br />not applicable <br />Q) <br />finding 6 <br />(k) <br />not applicable <br />(1) <br />not applicable <br />DECISION <br />Based upon the preceding Findings of Fact and Conclusions, testimony and evidence <br />submitted at the public hearing, and upon the impression of the Hearing Examiner at a <br />site view, it is hereby ordered that the Special Property Use Permit for the -'�placemenl <br />of a 105-fool high wooden pole with two panel antennas, three conduits and supporting <br />equipment, and a 114 square foot equipment building be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />The Applicant shall provide a landscaped strip a minimum of ten feet in width <br />with type I landscaping. The landscaping shall be located between the <br />equipment building and the north property line. <br />The Applicant shall secure a building permit from h;e City of Everett Building <br />Department. <br />3. The 25-fool stream buffer on-3ite must be enhanced in a manner consistent with <br />that as shown in the dry,;Jngs submitted oy J.S. Jones & Associates, Inc. The <br />Jones drawings include the Stream Buffer Enhancement Plan dated May 7, <br />2002. The buffer shall be enhanced prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />4. The Applicant shall record an Enviro,imenlally Sensitive Area covenant for the <br />stream and buffer areas. This recording shall be done_ prior to issuance of any <br />building permits by the City of Everett. <br />5. The Applicant must remove the taciRy if its uje is discontinued for a period of <br />120 days or greater. <br />6. The Applicant shall encourage colocalion of the site. <br />1 tit <br />
