The project includes changing out <br />ground -level equipment in existing cabinets, running new cables between the ground equipment <br />and antennas. This is part of T-Mobile's upgrade to the latest high-speed service. <br />A. SPU GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />Findings and Conclusions: The following findings and conclusions are based on the criteria <br />established in Section 41.150.C. of the Zoning Code — Special Property Use Permits: <br />1. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed Special Property Use <br />Finding: The general public using cellular phones as a means to communicate will benefit from <br />the proposed wireless facility. The proposed wireless co -location will provide a more reliable <br />service for every day and for emergency use. <br />Conclusion: The proposed project provides a public benefit to residents, business and public <br />safety facilities in Everett and Snohomish County. \ <br />�� 1 <br />
