Adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br />Finding: The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services are all unchanged as a result of <br />the proposed use. The wireless facility is unmanned and applicant will utilize the existing access <br />and parking area off Lincoln Street during ma;ntenance or repair. The facility will utilize existing <br />power and telephone service, both of which a m already at the property. <br />Conclusion: Existing streets and utilities are adequate to serve the proposed use. <br />3. Impact of traffic generated by the proposed use on the surrounding area, pedestrian <br />circulation and public safety; the ability of the proponent to mitigate such potential <br />impacts. <br />Finding: There will be no traffic impact generated by the proposed facility. This site is an <br />unmanned facility. The site will require normal maintenance visits by a single employee in a light <br />duty vehicle approximately once a month. <br />Conclusion: The proposed use is unmanned and will not generate traffic on the surrounding <br />area, pedestrian circulation and public safety. Only one maintenance visit per month is required. <br />4. The provision for adequate off-street parking, on -site circulation and site access. <br />Findin : The site is an unmanned facility and will require only one parking spot for a technician <br />to park when servicing the equipment. <br />Conclusion: This proposed project will not impact off-street parking, on -site circulation or site <br />access. <br />5. Compatibility of proposed structures acid improvements with the surrounding <br />properties, including the size, height, location setback and arrangement of all <br />proposed buildings and facilities, especially as they relate to the light and shadow <br />impacts on more sensitive land uses and less intensive zones. <br />Finding: Existing poles or utility p,)les are common in most neighborhoods, including that of the <br />subject site. Therefore they are necessary a 'd already present, creating a very low impact when <br />equipment on the pole is changed, as regaro this project. The facilities' size, height, location, <br />setback will remain as they are now under the existing use. <br />Conclusion: The proposed co -location will be on an existing wireless communications utility <br />pole and there will be no additional visual impact to surrounding properties. <br />6. the number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensitive <br />land uses. <br />Finding: The applicant will not install any signs unless required by the FCC or the FAA. <br />Conclusion: All signage must be reviewed and approved by the Everett Planning Department. <br />21 <br />
