Right to Appeal: <br />The applicant or owner of property located adjacent to the subject property or any property <br />owner who deems himself aggrieved and will thereby suffer a direct impact from the proposal <br />may appeal the Planning Director's determination as to whether or not the proposal should be <br />approved. Any such appeal must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date specified below. <br />Appeal forms are available from the Planning Office at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, <br />and must be submitted along with the required filing fee.
