<br /> Mr. Rundquist has over 25 years of experience and is licensed in the State of Washington. Mr. Rundquist has
<br /> provided management of geotechnical engineering investigations and construction projects for municipal and
<br /> commercial clients. This includes supervision of staff engineers and geologists for the coordination of field
<br /> investigations,engineering design recommendations,construction monitoring, and laboratory testing. He works
<br /> with the owners,the design team,contractors,and governing agencies to determine the scope and objectives for
<br /> the project, prepare engineering reports, manage project budgets, and solve challenges in the field. His project
<br /> experience includes municipal utility systems,slope stability analysis,foundation design,retaining structures,and
<br /> drainage systems. His areas of expertise include: geotechnical engineering investigations, groundwater
<br /> monitoring,landslide/slope stabilization evaluation and remediation,soil nailing design and monitoring,retaining
<br /> structures including shoring walls, geotechnical engineering design reports, earthworks monitoring, erosion
<br /> control,settlement analysis,and deep foundations.

<br /> Mr. Chaudhary has about 15 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering. Mr. Chaudhary has
<br /> prepared geotechnical reports for various projects including single-family and multi-family residences,commercial
<br /> developments, water tanks, culverts, etc. His areas of expertise include geotechnical investigation, foundation
<br /> evaluation and settlement analysis, landslide investigation and slope stability analysis, pavement evaluation,
<br /> liquefaction analysis, infiltration rate evaluation, and on-site and laboratory testing for soils, aggregate and
<br /> asphalt. His expertise also includes construction quality control and construction monitoring and testing.
<br /> Currently, his major responsibilities include performing geotechnical investigations,engineering analysis,internal
<br /> quality system management, project management and construction monitoring. Mr. Chaudhary has also
<br /> performed quality assurance/quality control for various projects,including both government and private sectors.

<br /> Mr. Guiao has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines — Diliman Campus with an
<br /> undergraduate thesis of soil improvement by implementation of enzyme. He has a broad knowledge of computer
<br /> software such as ACad 2013.(Drafting), Staad V8i Pro (Structural Design), Epanet (Water Distribution System),
<br /> Surfer 8 (Topographic Map Generator) and VISSIM (Road Simulator). Mr. Guiao continues to obtain additional
<br /> training and certifications needed for future licenses. His areas of expertise include concrete placement and
<br /> proprietary anchors inspections. He also has experience working in the laboratory, performing materials testing
<br /> on asphalt,concrete,and soils.
