Ford & Company is pleased to submit this "Structural Analysis Report" to determine the structural <br />Integrity of the above mentioned tower. This analysis has been performed In accordance with the Crown Castle <br />Structural 'Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 1142673, in accordance <br />with application 423837, revision 1. <br />The purpose of the analysis Is to determine acceptability of the tower 'stress level. Based on our analysis we <br />have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: <br />LC6, Existing + Proposed Equipment <br />Note: See Table I and Table II for the proposed and existing loading, respeollvely. <br />Sufficient Capacity <br />This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2015 International Building Code based upon an <br />ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 110 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 85 mph per <br />section 1609.3.1 as required for use In the ANSI/TIA-222-G-2005 Standard, "Structural Standard for Antenna <br />Supporting Structures and Antennas", with ANSI/TIA 222-G-1-2007 and ANSI/TIA-222-G-2-2009 Addenda per <br />Exception #5 of Section 1609.1.1. Risk Category II, Exposure Category C and Topographic Category 1 were <br />used In this analysis. <br />We at Paul J.
