The existing liner is under Warranty, and all repairs for damage to the liner <br /> Repairs occurring during field investigations or construction (if necessary) are the <br /> Design-Builder's responsibility and must be conducted by Layfield, the liner <br /> installer. <br /> Table 2 Reservoir 3 Construction Criteria <br /> Criterion Requirement <br /> General <br /> Site Access 1. The Reservoir 3 site is a fenced, gated utility site with controlled access. The <br /> Design-Builder will be provided access via gates from Evergreen Way and <br /> Highway Place, and shall maintain the general security of the site and keep <br /> gates closed and locked when not in active use. <br /> 2. The perimeter of Reservoir 3 can generally be accessed by a perimeter road <br /> around the reservoir. The perimeter road varies in elevation relative to the <br /> reservoir cover, being located upslope of the reservoir in some areas and <br /> downslope in other areas. The Design-Builder shall conduct site activities to <br /> safely accommodate for that slope, where it occurs. <br /> 3. There are other City of Everett and Alderwood Water District buildings and <br /> facilities within the fence line of the Reservoir 3 site. These buildings and <br /> facilities and access to them shall not be impaired by the Design-Builder's work. <br /> 4. There may be one or more contractors besides the Design-Builder active within <br /> the Reservoir 3 site during construction of the Project, working on other areas <br /> or facilities within the fence line. The Design-Builder shall avoid impeding the <br /> access or work of any other contractors working in other areas of the site. <br /> Page 7 of 12 <br />
