Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Exhibit C <br /> Reservoir 3 Structural Improvements Project <br /> City of Everett <br /> Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Phase 1 Scope of Services Tasks <br /> The Phase 1 Scope of Services includes the following tasks: <br /> • Task 1: Phase 1 Project Management <br /> • Task 2: Reference Document Review <br /> • Task 3: Field Investigations <br /> • Task 4: Design Development and Documents <br /> • Task 5: Cost Modeling and Scheduling <br /> • Task 6: Phase 2 Proposal <br /> • Task 7: Additional Phase 1 Services (Allowance) <br /> Specific tasks and subtasks for Phase 1 are described below. <br /> Task 1 — Phase 1 Project Management <br /> Design-Builder shall provide all necessary project management, oversight, and coordination <br /> throughout Phase 1. Project management shall include the following subtasks. <br /> Subtask 1.1 — Project Management and Administration <br /> Project Management Documents. As part of Subtask 1.1 and within 30 days of notice-to- <br /> proceed, the Design-Builder shall prepare the following documents for review and concurrence <br /> by the City. The Design-Builder shall also implement the activities described by the documents, <br /> ensure that the Project team is familiar with their contents, and keep the documents up to date <br /> throughout Phase 1. <br /> • Project Management Plan (PMP). The PMP shall communicate basic Project <br /> requirements and approach to the Project team, including subconsultants. <br /> • Phase 1 Health and Safety Plan. Phase 1 Health and Safety Plan shall identify the <br /> Design-Builder's approach and Project team requirements regarding health and safety. <br /> • Phase 1 Quality Management Plan (QMP). The Phase 1 QMP shall identify review <br /> roles and responsibilities for major engineering findings and deliverables throughout <br /> Phase 1. <br /> Project Coordination and Communication. Subtask 1.1 includes general project coordination <br /> and communication with the Design-Builder's Project team and with the City regarding issues as <br /> they arise, including scheduling, progress of Project activities etc. <br /> Page 1 of 15 <br />
