City of Everett,Washington I Reservoir 3 Structural Improvements PDB Project <br /> Progressive Design-Build Contract I Exhibit C. Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Project Progress Tracking and Reporting. The Design-Builder shall actively track Project <br /> progress, including: <br /> 1. Developing a Phase 1 Project Schedule. The Phase 1 Project Schedule shall include <br /> at a minimum meet the following requirements: <br /> a. Activities for each sub-task and deliverable in the Draft Phase 1 Scope of <br /> Services, including, as applicable, time for: developing investigation plans, <br /> field work, evaluations, and preparation of deliverables, submittal dates <br /> including draft submission dates, City review periods, and final submission <br /> dates <br /> b. Start and finish dates for each activity <br /> c. Progress meeting and working meeting dates <br /> d. Expected duration for GMP negotiations <br /> e. Major milestones <br /> f. Critical path analysis <br /> g. Float <br /> 2. Tracking progress against the Phase 1 Project Schedule and completing updates as <br /> needed <br /> 3. Identifying and resolving potential scope and schedule changes <br /> 4. Identifying and tracking project issues / action items using an Action Item Log, and <br /> resolving them in a timely manner <br /> Risk Management. Subtask 1.1 shall include overall Project risk management, including both <br /> Phase 1 and Phase 2 risks that become evident as the Project development progresses. The <br /> Design-Builder shall prepare and provide updates to a Project Risk Register that includes the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. Risk identification and description <br /> 2. Estimated percent likelihood that risk may occur <br /> 3. Potential schedule impact should risk occur <br /> 4. Potential cost impact should risk occur <br /> 5. Risk management/ mitigation strategy <br /> The Design Builder shall update the Risk Register for submittal to the City at major decision or <br /> design submittal milestones, or when significant changes to the project risk profile or risk <br /> mitigation strategies occur. <br /> Monthly Reporting. The Design-Builder shall submit monthly reports summarizing Project <br /> progress. The monthly progress reports shall include a narrative summarizing the progress of <br /> the Project and shall identify any recommended actions by the City or the Design-Builder to <br /> mitigate risks or modify the Project approach and scope. Attachments to the monthly progress <br /> report shall include: <br /> 1. Monthly invoice and backup, including budget status update <br /> Page 2 of 15 <br />
