PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILDER PRICE PROPOSAL <br /> SUMMARY <br /> This Form 6a (Progressive Design-Builder Price Proposal Summary) will be <br /> incorporated into Exhibit E (Supporting Pricing Information) of the Design-Build <br /> Contract. <br /> Phase 1 Price <br /> Price for completing the Draft Phase 1 Scope of Work $ 753,079.00 <br /> The Proposer's not-to-exceed price for all services outlined in the as-written <br /> Draft Phase 1 Scope of Services, which is provided as Exhibit C (Phase 1 <br /> Scope of Services) to the PDB Contract(Attachment 2). The total not-to- <br /> exceed price is sum of items below: <br /> Task 1. Phase 1 Project Management $ 195,833.00 <br /> Task 2. Reference Document Review $ 9018.00 <br /> Task 3. Field Investigations <br /> Geotechnical Scope of Work (Allowance) $ 30,000.00 <br /> All other Task 3 Scope $ 75,970.00 <br /> Task 4. Design Development and Documents $ 300,001.00 <br /> Task 5. Cost Modeling and Scheduling $ 59,438.00 <br /> Task 6. Phase 2 Proposal $ 82,819.00 <br /> Task 7. Additional Phase 1 Services (to be subsequently determined) $ N/A <br /> Phase 2 Pricing Elements <br /> Phase 2 Pricing elements <br /> Provide the following Phase 2 pricing elements: <br /> 1. Design-Build Fee. A total Percent (%) markup for combined overhead 15 % <br /> and profit on work to be applied to approved Phase 2 Construction Work <br /> which will be identified in the Guaranteed Price Amendment. This Fee <br /> will be incorporated into Section 7.4.1 of the Design-Build Contract. <br /> 2. Design-Build Fee to be applied to Approved Change Orders. A total 15 % <br /> Percent (%) markup for combined overhead and profit to be applied to <br /> approved changes in the Work as set forth in a Change Order. This Fee <br /> will be incorporated into Section 7.4.2 of the Design-Build Contract. <br /> 3. Construction General Conditions Fee. A lump sum construction $ 280,000.00 <br /> general conditions fee for all construction general Conditions identified in <br /> Exhibit D to the Progressive Design-Build Contract.
