Labor Cost Multiplier for Design-Builder's Craft Labor performing 170 % <br /> Work On-Site (or off-site with permission from City). Provide the labor <br /> cost multiplier expressed as a percent, to be applied to the wages and <br /> salaries of employees of the Design-Builder covered under Sections <br /> 7.5.1.1 through 7.5.1.3 in the Progressive Design-Build Contract, and in <br /> Exhibit D, Work Included in Construction General Conditions. Note that <br /> this multiplier does not apply to supervisory and administrative personnel <br /> covered by the General Conditions Fee, and does not apply to <br /> employees billed at All-Inclusive Billing Rates.
