Grantees will submit quarterly reports and invoices for reimbursement and backup documentation for <br /> the invoice identifying specific expenses charged to the quarterly invoice. <br /> a. Reports and Invoices will be submitted on the following dates: <br /> i. March 15, 2022 (reporting on Dec., Jan., Feb.) <br /> ii. June 15, 2022 (reporting on March, April, May) <br /> 2. Reports will consist of outcome reporting based on data measurement and indicators, and a narrative <br /> explaining how the outcomes were or were not met and if they are not met, the plan to meet the <br /> outcome. <br /> Required outcomes: <br /> Outcome Timeline <br /> 1. Develop multimedia videos or other material that represent officers June 30, 2022 <br /> from identified underrepresented community. <br /> 2. Number of additional community outreach contacts for the purpose June 30, 2022 <br /> of recruiting from underrepresented community in the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> 3. Number who received financial assistance for testing. June 30, 2022 <br /> 4. Number of underserved community police officers recruited. June 30, 2022 <br /> 5. Identify one current or new program to reinforce and support police June 30, 2022 <br /> officers from the underserved community in order to retain them in <br /> the Everett Police Department the changes/feedback from those <br /> officers. <br /> 3. A final Report is due at the end of June (by July 15, 2022) <br /> 4. Grantees will have reviews on site or by teleconference by WSCJTC staff twice per year. The first <br /> review will be in March and the second in June on agreed upon dates. Unless WSCJTC staff or the <br /> grantee request more frequent reviews. <br /> This contract was won competitively, and contract incorporates by reference the Statement of Work WSCJTC <br /> published in the Request for Proposal, which the Contractor's proposal specifically agreed to perform. That RFP is <br /> attached to this contract. <br /> Exclusive Agreement. This contract, with its attachments and documents incorporated by reference, contains all of <br /> the terms and conditions the parties agreed to. No other contract terms or conditions shall be deemed to exist or bind <br /> the parties. The parties signing above confirm they have read and understand this entire Contract and have the <br /> authority to enter into this Contract. WSCJTC and the Agency may amend the contract by mutual written agreement. <br /> Payment. WSCJTC shall pay the Agency for performance of the Statement of Work, in response to invoices specifying <br /> hours worked or work completed each quarter but shall not pay in advance. Payments are made by Electronic Funds <br /> Transfer using the bank routing information the Agency provides. <br /> Termination. No guarantee of work is made or implied as a result of this Contract: merely signing this contract does <br /> not guarantee the Agency any specific amount of payment. WSCJTC may terminate this Contract by providing written <br /> notice to the Agency. Termination shall be effective on the date specified in the termination notice. WSCJTC shall be <br /> liable for only authorized services provided on or before the date of termination. <br /> Assignment. The agency may not assign this Contract, or its rights or obligations to a third party. <br /> Confidentiality. The agency shall not disclose any information WSCJTC designates confidential. This contract and the <br /> Agency's proposal, if any, become the property of the WSCJTC, subject to the Public Records Act RCW 42.56. <br />
