The City does not agree to install water, electricity or lights as a <br /> result of this Agreement. <br /> i) The Association shall not allow any other agency, organization, group, league or Association to <br /> schedule or use a field when the Association is scheduled to use that field without the express written <br /> consent of the City. <br /> j) The Association will designate one person to be the point of contact between the Association and the <br /> City, who will disseminate any information provided by the City and educate the teams, coaches and <br /> parents of the Association regarding such information. <br /> Notice to City Notice to the Association <br /> Jeremy Oshie Josh Veals <br /> Everett Parks and Facilities Everett Little League <br /> 802 E. No <br /> modifications are allowed to any fields/facilities without written approval from the Everett Parks and <br /> Facilities Department. If a team chooses to violate the limitations placed on the fields, it will not <br /> receive field time the following year. <br /> I) The City will not staff any facility after 3:30pm Monday through Friday and not after 2:00pm on the <br /> Saturday. Exhibit A (SCHEDULE OF FIELD). <br /> m) Some facilities will have automatic timers for the light systems that will enable the lights to be turned <br /> off automatically. The facilities with light systems with automatic timers are listed in Exhibit A <br /> (SCHEDULE OF FIELD). It is the Associations responsibility to ensure that all representatives, <br /> including coaches, players, spectators, guests and invitees are aware of any facilities that have such <br /> systems. The Association must ensure that all representatives, including coaches, players, <br /> spectators, guests and invitees are aware of the time the lights are turned off as listed in Exhibit A <br /> (SCHEDULE OF FIELD). <br /> 4. SCHEDULE <br /> The City shall assign the amount of time available at each field as listed in Exhibit A (SCHEDULE OF FIELD <br /> USE). All field space will be assigned to the Association in a block time format. A formula will determine the <br /> amount of time and field space allocated to the Association. Allocation of field time will be based on the total <br /> registrations received by the Association. The Association shall perform all scheduling of games, practices, <br /> approved tournaments and any services related to scheduling. Any organization not utilizing the fields as <br /> scheduled may lose that scheduled time for the remainder of the season. This determination shall be made <br /> solely by the City. <br /> At the end of the season, or 30 days after the last use of the fields, the Association shall provide the City with <br /> a Field Use Summary (Exhibit F). Fields will not be scheduled for the following season or any subsequent <br /> season until Exhibit F has been received by the City of Everett. <br /> 5. CONCESSIONS <br /> The Association shall not sell or operate concessions at the Phil Johnson Ballfields or Legion Park Ballfields. <br /> Concession operation when allowed, shall comply with Exhibit D (CONCESSION FACILITIES), and with all <br /> rules and operating requirements of the Snohomish County Health District. <br />
