<br />SURVEYOR'S TAPE 4-6 FEET ABOVE GROUND, CONTRACTOR MAY SUBSTITUTE
<br />CONSTRUCTION OR SILT FENCING FOR SURVEYOR'S TAPE.
<br />2. CONTRACTOR SHALL REQUEST INSPECTION OF FIELD MARKINGS BY C.O.E. STAFF
