Abatement shall include the following: <br />a. The basement dwelling unit must immediately be vacated and secured from entry and remain vacant <br />until and if occupancy is approved by the City of Everett Building Division. <br />b. The Respondents shall either properly store in an enclosed area or remove and properly dispose of all <br />discarded items in public view on the subject property by January 10, 2020. <br />The Respondents shall maintain the subject property free of nuisances including discarded bagged <br />garbage, junk, cans, broken furniture, and items of personal property. Approved garbage containers <br />with tight fitting lids shall be used to store garbage and refuse on the property. <br />d. The Respondents shall apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits to bring the <br />single-family residential structure into compliance with City ordinances. The Respondents shall <br />conduct and complete all of the required work and shall have the work inspected and approved by the <br />City of Everett Building Division by July 2, 2020. <br />e. Any violations not listed in this Order are subject to standard enforcement processes and procedures. <br />The Respondents shall be fined joint and several $500.00 for violation of IPMC 106.1 and IRC R105.1 and <br />$500.00 for violations of IPMC 308.1 and EMC 8.20.020 (A) (C) and (G) for a total fine of <br />$1000.00. $500.00 of the total fine shall be suspen ed provided the Respondents comply with items 2a-2e <br />
