It appears a water fixture was <br />installed in the basement. <br />the Permit Record includes some documents for the next property to the south. <br />In 1976 Permit No 528-76 was issued for Roof Repair. Electrical Permits - 1 for a 200 amp panel was issued on or after <br />1978. <br />Despite the permits above - no permits were present indicating finished space was created in the basement area - nor for <br />the creation of a separate dwelling unit.
