e) The basement must remain vacant and secure until occupancy is approved by <br />the City of Everett. <br />Corrective actions d) & e) must be completed by January 1, 2020 <br />f) Contact the City of Everett Building and Planning Divisions located at 3200 <br />Cedar Street to apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits <br />and approvals to bring the structure into compliance with the Everett <br />Municipal Code. Agreed Order <br />If the respondent is not a Repeat Violator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed the <br />minimum corrective action described in this citation, he/she is eligible to enter into an <br />agreed order with the city.
