e) The basement must remain vacant and secure until occupancy is approved by <br />the City of Everett. <br />Corrective actions d) & e) must be completed by January 1, 2020 <br />f) Contact the City of Everett Building and Planning Divisions located at 3200 <br />Cedar Street to apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits <br />and approvals to bring the structure into compliance with the Everett <br />Municipal Code. Then correct and complete all of the deficiencies that are <br />present within the structure and have the work inspected and approved, by <br />the Everett City building Division. <br />Corrective action f) must be completed by June 30, 2020 <br />6. Hearing Date, Time & Location <br />Unless you, the Respondent, have entered into a stipulated agreement in accordance <br />with Section 7 (below), a hearing before the Violations Hearing Examiner will be held <br />on: <br />HEARING DATE: Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. <br />LOCATION: City of Everett Violations Hearing Room <br />Wall Street Building, Suite #8-C <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />You are expected to attend this hearing. Code Enforcement Staff will present evidence <br />to the Hearing Examiner, including photographs depicting the violation(s), this citation, <br />other notices,�property information, and a proposed order. The hearing is your <br />opportunity to present evidence showing that either some or all of the violations did not <br />occur or that they have already been corrected. You may bring witnesses <br />DhotooraDhs, and documents to help you make vour case. You may present vour <br />comments in writing and verbal] <br />7. Agreed Order <br />If the respondent is not a Repeat Violator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed the <br />minimum corrective action described in this citation, he/she is eligible to enter into an <br />agreed order with the city. The agreed order means that the city agrees that it will not <br />take further action against the respondent regarding the violations described in this <br />citation as long as there are no further nuisance -related EMC violations for the two-year <br />period following the date of the order. <br />If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and signs the <br />agreed order, the Respondent is no longer required to appear at the hearing set forth in <br />Everett Police Department, Code Enforcer;ent Unit 3 Ave • Everett, WA 98201 425-257-8560 <br />Page 14 �,� <br />
