110 • <br /> Corrections Structural <br /> 1. The framing for the attic level is required to comply with the IRC for floor construction. The existing <br /> framing should be shown. The required floor sheathing should be specified. The design is required to <br /> comply with Chapter 5 and the loads per Table R301.5(WAC). Fasteners should be specified per Table <br /> R602.3(1). <br /> 2. Structural drawings should be provided for the new roof on the west side of the building. The <br /> drawings should include framing plans, elevations, sections, details, material specifications, structural <br /> general notes, and other information as required to specify the proposed construction.
