It is acceptable to <br /> include this structure in the same permit application with the modifications to the house. The architectural <br /> drawings should be revised to also indicate the carport as part of the proposed construction and provide <br /> additional information not included in the structural drawings. The following comments should be addressed for the Attic level: <br /> a. The egress width at the top of the stairs is shown with the correct 3-foot clearance on the Attic Floor <br /> Plan 2/A.101. However, the clearance in Section 3/A.102 is incorrectly show and should be provided <br /> between the wall and the guard post. The drawings should be revised.
