For instance,the interior <br /> section appears to be cut at a stairway please denote the cut and direction on <br /> plan to which this is being cut. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> 7. This comment has not been adequately addressed. The location of the <br /> egress windows with respect to the floor level does not appear to have been <br /> noted nor have construction details for window wells where the egress <br /> windows occur have been provided on the plans. Please revise drawings as <br /> required to demonstrate compliance with the window well requirements or <br /> demonstrate that a window well is not required at the egress windows. Exterior landings at <br /> these stairways do not appear to have been provided as noted in the response. <br /> Please add details for landings as required. IRC 311.7.6. <br /> 10. The Main Floor Plan <br /> PERMIT SERVICES 1st Floor)contains new stairs for the porch rebuild that does not contain details <br /> for items such as locating handrails nor connection details for installing the <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street stairs to the updated deck construction.
