Structural drawings have been added to the drawing set. Unscaled 8.5x11 sheets of plans, details, and notes are not accepted per the submission requirements. Please refer to the CoE Residential Construction Submittal Checklist for drawing size and scale submission requirements. In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Residential Code(IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code(IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. These comments address building issues only.Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments(such as Utilities,Traffic, Planning or Fire). All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
