IRC R106.1.1. <br /> Section cut directions are now noted on the plan. <br /> 7.This comment has not been adequately addressed.The location of the egress windows with <br /> respect to the floor level does not appear to have been <br /> noted nor have construction details for window wells where the egress windows occur have been <br /> provided on the plans.Please revise drawings as <br /> required to demonstrate compliance with the window well requirements or demonstrate that a <br /> window well is not required at the egress windows.IRC <br /> R310.2 and its subsections. <br /> The sill height of 44 inches has been added to the new egress window in the basement <br /> bedroom. This will satisfy the requirement, and a window well is not needed. <br /> 9. This comment has not been adequately addressed.Exterior landings at these stairways do not <br /> appear to have been provided as noted in the response. <br /> Please add details for landings as required. IRC 311.7.6. <br /> Exterior landings have been added. The front deck landing is gravel, and the elevated rear deck <br /> is concrete. Both are the required 36 inches deep and stair width. <br /> 10. This comment has not been completely addressed.The Main Floor Plan(1st Floor)contains <br /> new stairs for the porch rebuild that does not contain details <br /> for items such as locating handrails nor connection details for installing the stairs to the updated <br /> deck construction.Please provide details to demonstrate <br /> compliance with these provisions.IRC R311.7,IRC R106.1.1. <br /> These details have been added to the notes sheet with references on the plans. <br />
