Please review and respond to the comments below. Hi James,please see my responses in blue below: 6.This comment has not been adequately addressed.Please cut the sections on the plan sheets and denote which direction the section is cut as those locations appear to be missing on the plans.For instance,the interior section appears to be cut at a stairway please denote the cut and direction on plan to which this is being cut. IRC R106.1.1. Section cut directions are now noted on the plan. 7.This comment has not been adequately addressed.The location of the egress windows with respect to the floor level does not appear to have been noted nor have construction details for window wells where the egress windows occur have been provided on the plans.Please revise drawings as required to demonstrate compliance with the window well requirements or demonstrate that a window well is not required at the egress windows.IRC R310.2 and its subsections. The sill height of 44 inches has been added to the new egress window in the basement bedroom. This will satisfy the requirement, and a window well is not needed. 9. This comment has not been adequately addressed.Exterior landings at these stairways do not appear to have been provided as noted in the response. Please add details for landings as required. IRC 311.7.6. Exterior landings have been added. The front deck landing is gravel, and the elevated rear deck is concrete. Both are the required 36 inches deep and stair width. 10. This comment has not been completely addressed.The Main Floor Plan(1st Floor)contains new stairs for the porch rebuild that does not contain details for items such as locating handrails nor connection details for installing the stairs to the updated deck construction.Please provide details to demonstrate compliance with these provisions.IRC R311.7,IRC R106.1.1. These details have been added to the notes sheet with references on the plans.
