Site Plan. Please revise the site plan such that it meets the Sign Permit <br /> Checklist and clearly demonstrates the following code requirements: <br /> a. Table 36-2: The minimum setback for monument signs is 3'from the <br /> back of sidewalk.The minimum interior setback is 10 feet. The setbacks <br /> and sign dimensions must be clearly identified on the plan, to scale. <br /> Please revise. Note: the current site plan doesn't clearly identify the <br /> freestanding sign location, dimensions, or setbacks. The "J"symbol is <br /> helpful for reference but should not cover the location and informational <br /> requirements for the freestanding sign. <br /> b. Landscaping. A protective island is required around the freestanding <br /> sign base in accordance with EMC 19.36.050.A.3 and shall be clearly <br /> identified on the site plan. Please revise. <br /> 2. Fees.The required Plan Check fee has not been paid for this permit. The <br /> required Plan Check fee must be paid prior to any further review of the <br /> current plan set or future revisions. Please contact the Permit Technicians at <br /> 425.257.8810, option 8 to discuss the required fee amount and options for <br /> payment. <br /> Upon revising the plan(s), please submit two copies to the Permit Services <br /> Counter alongside a City of Everett transmittal sheet (available at the counter). <br /> As noted above,the required Plan Check fee must be paid prior to further <br /> departmental review. <br /> These comments are only in relation to the land use code and do not account <br /> Planning for all possible comments or corrections from other departments.
