Main floor bathroom: The toilet encroaches on the required entry for the shower. You msut have a clear floor space of 22" (408.5 UPC). 2. The upstairs toilet requires 15" from center of the toilet to any side wall or obstruction (402.5 UPC). This is a partial approval for final plumbing with the exception of the 2 corrections written on 10/4/18. Until these itms are corrected a full approval can not be given. The house is habitable per the IPMC secion 5.2.1. It has an approved bathroom and kitchen. (4/10/2019 2:55 PM SDP) Mechanical was finaled on 10-4-18. (4/10/2019 2:58 PM SDP) We discussed some solutions for the plumbing corrections from 10 - 4- 18. Please hold this permit open. (4/10/2019 3:47 PM KMK) KMK changed Inspection Type from BLDG 14-OTHER to BLDG 14-FINAL Rose C. Lee came in person and extended this permit, as she is in the middle of a law -suit with a contractor - but is trying to get a new contractor to get the work finished.
