Do they need to be <br />installed the same as in a floor/ceiling <br />assembly? <br />2) Install the duct wrap per the <br />manufacturers instructions for ventilation <br />ducting. Single layer with proper tape and <br />banding. This assembly must be consistant <br />from the top of the cabinet in the apartment, <br />through the drywall and up to the roof <br />sheeting. the penetration at the cabinet must <br />be caulked with the proper fire rated caulk. <br />3) The stove exhaust duct must have a <br />proper connection between the duct and the <br />roof jack.
