If you do not respond, or continue with construction, the Board will take <br /> further action against you and your Unit. You may be assessed all legal fees associated <br /> with these violations in accordance with Declaration Section 28.1 and RCW 64.34.455. <br /> You have the right to be heard regarding these violations. If you do not request a <br /> hearing within 14 days of this letter, the Board will take further action against you and/or <br /> your Unit, including the assessment of a $50 fine for these violations.
